The perbit support team offers professional support to all customers – in a language that comprehensibly describes technical matters. Each customer can rely not only on the comprehensive knowledge of the product but also on current technical know-how.

Support already starts before the implementation, if the clarification of technical prerequisites is required to guarantee a harmonic implementation of the personnel management system into the existing network Environment.

In addition to the actual installation, the implementation on the customer's premises also includes competence transfer for the administration of the system. In connection with short implementation times, this permits a fast and successful system use.

The customer is also supported later, for example, for updates and upgrades, technical conversions or if individual expansions are required. For this purpose, the employees provide support on request through remote maintenance as well as personally on site. Innovative service solutions complete the support.
