The Apprentice Management of perbit.insight supports human resources departments in training management. The automatic planning is the core of the software. A flexibly usable plan generator generates the education plans for different personnel groups – whether apprentices, trainees or interns.
The education plans can be alternatively displayed based on persons, education groups or departments for different time periods or they can be exported as a formatted Excel file. The analysis options are also freely selectable.
Information about the location and the educational Status
The software for the training management permits replanning at any time or changes in case of illness or discipline changes. The education sections to be changed will be adapted automatically and the affected persons and departments will be informed. In addition, for authorized departments and apprentices through the web interface, the Apprentice Management provides the option to call up education plans stored on the intranet and to pose ad hoc queries about the current location and education status of a person.
